Returns
Thirty days, no questions asked. If it does not fit or it is not what you hoped for, send it back.
What we accept
- Unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Sale items included — we do not treat them differently
How to start a return
Email hello@nakamastyles.com with your order number and which items you are sending back. We will reply with a returns label and instructions within one working day.
Refunds
Once the parcel reaches us we inspect and refund within three working days, back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Exchanges
The fastest route is to return the original and place a new order, so your size is held immediately rather than waiting for the return to land.
